Non-refundable pet fee is $300 per pet.

The Vanderbilt apartments in Irving, TX welcome cats and dogs, with on-site features that support everyday pet care. Residents can use the bark park for playtime and enjoy outdoor time at the picnic area with barbecue grills near the pool. Inside each home, a fully equipped kitchen, vinyl plank flooring, ceiling fans, and central air conditioning help keep spaces comfortable after time at nearby Irving parks and trails.
